The Imperial Inquisition better known as Inquisitorius is a top-secret, highly elusive branch of Imperial Intelligence. Inquisitors are tasked with hunting down Jedi as well as seeking force sensitives for service to the Emperor. Inquisitorius is considered to be the top tier of the Dark Side Adepts which serve the Emperor, even ranking above the feared and deadly Emperor's Hands.
Despite the relative secrecy of Inquisitorius, they had the authority to requisition any military forces that they wished. Inquisitors had little that they could not obtain. The vast majority of Imperial agencies that focused on intelligence, counter-intelligence or other security operations were granted their legal authority via "Legal Authorization for Advanced Confinement Document" commonly known as "LAACDocs" which allowed Imperial officials to detain, torture anyone they desire indefinitely without charges or trial.
Inquisitorius's headquarters was located on Prakith within the Deep Core and housed the primary complexes of the Inquisition.
Ranks[]
- Grand Inquisitor - The Grand Inquisitor is the chief Jedi hunter and force-sensitive seeker of the Emperor and the Galactic Empire. An elite, highly trained Dark Jedi traditionally serves as the Grand Inquisitor, however, multiple Inquisitor's can hold the rank of "Grand Inquisitor".
- Chief Inquisitor - Chief Inquisitors are assigned to oversee larges areas of the galaxy underneath the dominion of the Galactic Empire. Traditionally Chief Inquisitors are assigned to Oversectors and are responsible for overseeing all operations within the Oversector.
- High Inquisitor - High Inquisitors are assigned per sector, some sectors have multiple High Inquisitors.

Relationship between Inquisitors[]
As the ranking Dark Side Adepts of the Empire, they are often considered arrogant by those who have worked with them. Despite the teachings of the Sith and the general premise that the Dark Jedi should seek to usurp each other, Inquisitorius leadership seeks to foster close relationships between Inquisitors. Some rumor that this is due to many of the first Inquisitors being former Jedi and this tradition has continued.
Inquisitorius Stormtroopers[]
Similar to Imperial Intelligence Inquisitorius has it's own Stormtroopers. Similar in appearance to the Shadow Troopers, instead of an Imperial logo on their chest they wear them on their right and left shoulder pads. Inquisitorius Stormtroopers are a rare sight and are highly trained similar to the Imperial Intelligence's Deathtroopers. All Inquisition Stormtroopers are trained to combat Jedi and depending on the deployment and operation, the Inquisition Stormtroopers are either equipped with modified DC-15 blaster rifles or electro-staffs that are infused with rare metals that are lightsaber resistant.
